Well that's gratitude for you.
LOL XD this girl<3 I want to have a daughter just like her. She's so spirited! Beautiful page as usual, gosh! >.>
I have a 5yo that I suspect is trending in this direction. It is indeed a delight to watch. I just hope I can get her to read these books in a few more years! I'll be too old to cosplay her soon so I expect my daughter to take my place! haha
LOL! yes, someone should pick up the torch and carry on in your stead!!
Taran quiet you...you should be happy to be trapped in there with her!
LOL the day will come. ;)
man the look on her face in the bottom panel I've seen one to many times on my gf's face
lol Good, that means I did it right!
Oooooh... Don't play her game, Taran, you'll lose. That look in the last panel is just perfect!
I am very proud of that look! It took some time to nail it down to my satisfaction.
Her change of expression from this page to the next is a crucial one, too. Enough so that I wish I dared update immediately, but I need to spread them out for practical reasons.
I'm crazy, crazy, crazy about how well you light these pages. Just superb.
Awww. Thank you. I think these particular pages - with only one primary light source and very dramatic shadows - have been easier in some ways than settings with more ambient light. You don't wonder what direction it's coming from, the temperature is consistent, there isn't a lot of reflection, etc. It has been a lot of fun and I will be a little sad to leave the tunnels behind.
Hahaha, aw, Taran, I really like him!
