Taran! You be nice!! Now is not the time to get fussy. We all need to just get a level head space and forge on. Though, I've not read the book, but... I'm optimistic!

Poor kid, though, remember how much he's been through in the last...what is it, 48 hours or so? I wonder when he's eaten last?
I admittedly sympathize a lot with him here because I am claustrophobic myself. I would totally be climbing walls and freaking out by this point in his position.

I was going to say it's their first fight as a couple but a) they're not a couple yet and b) basically all they've done so far is fight anyway and c) I would rather comment on the amazing depiction of light in the fifth panel and how much I love the way it lights up Eilonwy's hair.

Well, it's good practice for later, right? The makeup sessions become much more fun then. ;)
Everyone comments on her hair at facebook too. I find it so amusing because that is really one of the easiest parts of this process. I've started doing live draw sessions on picart.tv and when I get to my special effects portion I'll show off that particular trick. Though maybe I should keep pretending it's really hard and detailed and keep impressing everyone. lol

Push rocks! Press on flagstones! I'm betting on a secret door!
Seriously, Taran. Chill out! He's going to be one hell of a gloomy gus if he continues on his chosen career path of adventurer/knight/brave general dogooder.

He's the one prone to drama in this story, no doubt about it. Don't worry, there's an arc.

Taran has a really interesting growth arc over the course of the series. I mean, the whole thing starts with "I will be a glorious hero! It is easy!" and then proceeds to teach him what being a hero actually means.
