I love how Fflewddur, despite his age and experience, has the exact same reaction Taran did over the impending crisis: "LET'S FIGHT THEM!"
The Celt will out itself, no matter what.
Thank you! Since the last few pages have taken longer anyway, I've been challenging myself to take more time and refine the details more. I hope it's showing. :)
I am going to look for an opportunity to use that line in a conversation now.
"This staff has the worst service I have seen in years, we should set upon them!"
LOLOL. Bonus if you're hopelessly outnumbered in a situation you can't possibly win.
I take no responsibility for your arrest.
This is why we all need a magic harp to keep us it check
Aww... I love that picture of Taran feeding Gurgi. Good Gurgi...! Good boy!
Gurgi is the best possible combination of Dobby and Smeagol. I love how the leaves are flying off of him in panel three. The poor kids though. They need to get some sleep.
Yes they do! Coming up next panel, everyone gets a break, including me.

I've been meaning to ask a noob question about Smeadog, (a.k.a. Gurgi). Is he always covered in leaves because he's sticky, or does he grow them?
Bahaha I love Smeadog! His fur is matted and the leaves get tangled in it. He has no one to groom him so they stay. ;)
I didn't know it was possible for Gurgi to have so much expression.
I think panel one's my favourite. Great pose as he's stalking away.
His body language goes a long way, but his facial expressions do challenge me, I've never been big on drawing anthropomorphic animals.
*lol* he wants to fight an army - with just the three and a half people they are?
Not only is "The Celt will out itself, no matter what." wonderfully true and appropriate as you meant it, it also fits the crunchings, since it more literally means salt being shaken out, as from a shaker.
