My husband arranged this layout for me. Big crowds and atmospheric scenery are not my strengths (I like closeups, emotions, and intimate interactions). We are a pretty good team.
i like your style.
Awesome, thank you so much!
Love the twilight shadows. Really well done.
After almost two chapters of broad daylight, it's nice to play with some dramatic contrast finally.
I'm kinda thrilled that someone's doing a Lloyd Alexander comic.
As thrilled as I am when discovered by fans of his, no doubt. Welcome!
Your husband is a genius!
But not very good at remaining anonymous. ;)
i followed your work on deviantART and i'm glad to see you posting such splendid work!
Thank you so much! I am glad you enjoy it.
"Big crowds and atmospheric scenery are not my strengths"
It's wonderful the transition between daylight to the night here!
I've gotten much better at scenery since this page - partially thanks to visiting the country that inspired the books, and making good use of landscape photography.
I still hate big crowds though!
Your shadow technique is illuminating!
Wow, the coloring on this page looks fantastic! It really feels like a "level up" moment in the development of the comic. Great stuff!
